Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction project scheduling experience required.
• Proficient in Primavera/Expedition scheduling tools.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop logical sequencing of construction work, durations, and phasing.
• Coordinate with clients, laborers, and project managers to schedule all phases.
• Fully utilize Primavera/Expedition for scheduling and updates.
• Review claims, time extensions, and impact on costs.
• Prepare monthly reports for internal clients and management.
