Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a mid- to senior-level Construction Scheduler to join our in-office team. You will create schedules, track progress, identify delays, and work with clients, laborers, and project managers to keep projects on time and within budget.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in construction or related field, at least 4 years of scheduling experience on construction projects, and strong skills with MS Office, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, and Smart

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to construction preferred.
• 4 years minimum of construction project scheduling experience.
• Professional experience as a full-time Scheduler on construction projects.
• Strong skills with MS Office, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat and Smart Sheets.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop logical sequencing of the work, contract durations and phasing.
• Coordinate with clients, laborers, and project managers to schedule all phases.
• Utilize Primavera/Expedition for scheduling.
• Review claims, time extensions, and cost impacts.
• Prepare monthly reports for internal clients.
• Maintain critical path analysis and report deviations.
