Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a mid to senior level Construction Scheduler for a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM in-office role. You will create project schedules, track progress, identify delays, and work with stakeholders to keep projects on time, within scope and budget while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a construction background, 4+ years scheduling experience, and strong skills with Primavera/Expedition, MS Office, MS Project, and clear English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred.
• Proven full-time construction scheduler experience.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Smart Sheets.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop logical sequencing of work, durations and phasing.
• Schedule and coordinate all construction phases with clients and PMs.
• Fully utilize Primavera/Expedition for scheduling.
• Review claims, time extensions, and cost impacts.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage schedule data.
• Maintain critical path analysis and report deviations.
