Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a mid to senior level Construction Scheduler to create and manage detailed project schedules from design through construction.

You will track progress, identify delays, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on time, within budget, and meeting safety standards. Prior experience in commercial construction is preferred, with strong software skills and communication ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is preferred.
• Professional experience as a full-time Scheduler on construction projects.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Smartsheets.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Indoor office environment; on-site work may be required; occasional overnight travel.
• Minimum 4 years of construction project scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop logical sequencing of work, contract durations, and phasing.
• Schedule and coordinate all phases with clients, laborers, and project managers.
• Utilize Primavera/Expedition for scheduling and tracking.
• Review claims, time extensions, and cost impacts.
• Produce monthly status reports and data for project portfolio.
• Maintain critical path analyses and update master schedule.
