Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions is seeking a mid-to-senior Construction Scheduler for an in-office role in Costa Mesa, CA, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. You will develop project schedules, track progress, and coordinate with clients, laborers, and PMs to keep work on time and within budget.

The role requires a background in construction, strong communication, and proficiency with Primavera/Expedition. On-site work may be required; occasional travel could occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field.
• Professional experience as a full-time Scheduler on construction projects.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat and Smart Sheets.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Equipment includes computers and standard office machines; indoor office environment with possible on-site work.
• Minimum 4 years of construction project scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop logical sequencing of work, contract durations and phasing.
• Schedule and coordinate all phases with clients, laborers and project managers.
• Utilize Primavera/Expedition for scheduling and tracking.
• Review claims, time extensions and cost impacts.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage portfolio data.
• Maintain critical path analyses and report deviations from the master schedule.
• Identify scheduling improvements and change orders with schedule impact.
• Coordinate with contractors' scheduling resources and communicate status regularly.
