Qualifications

• Five or more years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and critical path analysis.
• Experience coordinating procurement, permits, and submittals with schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update CPM schedules with project managers and field leaders, from preconstruction through completion.
• Set consistent scheduling standards, templates, and reporting across projects.
• Track long-lead materials, permits, and submittals; flag risks and help teams address delays.
• Analyze critical paths, float, and schedule changes, and recommend recovery plans.
• Lead schedule reviews, communicate upcoming work to vendors, and train teams on scheduling practices.
• Share portfolio-level insights with construction leadership to support project planning and resource decisions.
