Qualifications

Experience leading Level 1 and Level 2 management schedules.
Strong ability to influence GC/site schedulers and project controls teams.

Responsibilities

Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership for the assigned project.
Develop/maintain Level 1 and Level 2 Management Schedules.
Advise GC Site Schedulers and project controls on potential schedule issues and corrective actions.
Collaborate with regional planning leads and GC/EPC schedulers on schedule development, tracking, and reporting.
Support creation of Primavera-based project schedules and develop schedule narratives.
Provide schedule inputs to cost-focused controls to align forecast with schedule activities.
Ensure adherence to scheduling practices with GC/EPC partners and owner objectives.
Translate detailed schedules to owner-level summaries.
QC schedule data and support data governance and automated checks.
Gather and record lessons learned related to progress tracking and scheduling.
