Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 4–12 years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project, TouchPlan, Hoylu, NetPoint) and document‑control/Office software (Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Monitors multiple projects’ compliance with contract specifications and the Baseline Operations Playbook.
• Assists project personnel with phasing and logistics plans.
• Prepares CPM scenarios and integrates into a complete schedule.
• Evaluates schedules prepared by others and provides recommendations.
• Communicates with Owner to ensure satisfaction and initiate corrective action when needed.
• Performs schedule and delay analysis and presents recovery options to management.
• Ensures project teams address risks relative to schedule and delay.
• Participates in project pursuits and prepares fee proposals and RFP responses.
• Documents schedule basis with narrative on assumptions for internal use.
• Coaches and mentors scheduling staff and conducts CPM trainings.
• Conducts monthly schedule audits and trains Project Managers/Superintendents on scheduling tools.
