Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Scheduler to join the Contract Solutions team in Southern California, with a preference for Los Angeles or Orange County. You will apply project controls and Primavera P6 expertise to develop and maintain schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities.

The role requires strong communication, mentoring ability, and experience with public buildings, infrastructure, water/wastewater, or commercial construction projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in project scheduling.
• Construction project and program level scheduling.
• Currently holds or ability to obtain PSP or PMI-SP.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and functional schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities.
• Build detailed schedules, analyze critical path, monitor progress, and report status to project manager and client.
• Maintain project schedules and alert the team to potential problem areas.
• Lead schedule and budget review meetings on construction sites or client facilities.
• Collect and record real-time schedule data including labor hours and progress measurements.
• Limited travel.
