Job summary

Avsar Construction Development, Inc. is seeking a Senior Regional Construction Scheduler to lead scheduling for high-impact projects in Los Angeles. You will drive CPM schedules, QA/QC, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with program goals.

We value a data-driven mindset, strong coordination with construction managers, and hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office. A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction scheduling experience on owner or general contractor projects.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Sr. Construction Manager for Scheduling and Estimating, preparing reports for upper management.
• Supervise Project Schedulers to ensure timelines are met and review CPM schedules.
• Develop and maintain program schedules with milestones, logic, and constraints.
• Read architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil drawings to understand work scope.
• Review baseline schedule submissions and provide detailed comments.
• Perform QA/QC on contractor submittals and assess critical path and resource loading.
• Conduct Time Impact Analyses for change orders and negotiate delays as needed.
• Conduct regular site visits and report progress to OAR and management.
• Lead weekly status meetings with contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Perform bi-monthly status updates for Master Schedules.
