Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Scheduler for our Contract Solutions team in the Places unit in Southern California, preferably LA/OC. You will apply project controls to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules across diverse projects.

Ideal candidates include strong leadership and communication skills, experience in public buildings, infrastructure, water/wastewater, or commercial construction, and certification such as PSP or PMI-SP, with proficiency in Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling.
• Experience with construction project and program level scheduling.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and scheduling practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for construction and startup activities.
• Create functional schedules for ENG, procurement, construction, and startup.
• Analyze critical path, schedule progress, and resource loading; report to PM and clients.
• Maintain multiple project schedules and alert team to risks.
• Lead schedule and budget review meetings at site or client facilities.
• Collect real-time schedule data and progress measurements.
