Avsar Construction Development, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler in Los Angeles to plan, maintain, and monitor construction project schedules.

You will collaborate with project teams to analyze data, perform schedule reviews, and support informed decision-making through reporting and analysis. The role requires at least 6 years in construction scheduling with a focus on Owner/GC environments, a bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management or related field, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Or a bachelor’s degree in any field plus 2 years of scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program schedules, identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for various construction projects.
• Review and interpret detailed construction drawings to understand project scope.
• Conduct reviews of baseline schedule submissions with detailed review comments.
• Perform QA/QC checks on contractor schedule submittals, analyzing critical paths and resources.
• Conduct schedule Time Impact Analysis for changes and negotiate impacts with contractors and project managers.
• Walk sites to review weekly/monthly progress and provide progress reports to the team.
• Lead schedule-related communications during weekly meetings with contractors.
• Update program/master schedules bi-monthly and ensure data integrity with standard codes and reports.
• Serve as liaison between project teams, leadership, and Program & Project Controls.
• Prepare reports and documentation as directed by management.
