Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Scheduler to join our Contract Solutions team in the Places business unit in Southern California, with a preference for Los Angeles or Orange County. You will apply your project controls expertise to develop and maintain construction and program schedules, lead schedule reviews, and communicate progress to project teams and clients.

Strong leadership, organization, and clear written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in project scheduling.
• Experience in construction project and program level scheduling.
• Public buildings, infrastructure, water/wastewater and/or commercial construction projects preferred.
• Hold or can obtain PSP or PMI-SP certification.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules.
• Develop functional schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities.
• Build detailed engineering, construction, and validation logic-driven/resource loaded schedules; analyze critical path updates.
• Maintain project schedules and alert the team to potential problem areas.
• Lead schedule and budget review meetings at construction sites or client facilities.
• Collect and record real time schedule and performance data.
• Limited travel.
