Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Senior Construction Project Scheduler to support planning and scheduling efforts across multiple commercial projects. The ideal candidate will independently manage tasks while collaborating with Operations Project Teams, Clark Executives, Subcontractors and Owners.

Responsibilities include creating baselines, monitoring schedules, analyzing trends, and developing Time Impact Analyses.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 4–6+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors and project teams.
• High initiative, personal responsibility and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, team player, accountable, ethical, innovative, resilient, builds relationships, builds people/teams and follows directions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling best practices.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and statements of work to prepare usable baseline schedules.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance as needed.
• Represent Clark and partners to owners, subcontractors and their representatives.
• Support development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules for executive review.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for execution.
• Evaluate actual construction status relative to plan.
• Analyze and communicate impact of schedule changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per industry standards.
• Travel to project sites.
• Develop and deliver specialized Planning, Scheduling and other Project Controls training for Clark Corporate University.
• Crack down on department policies and propose improvements.
