F.H. Paschen seeks a skilled Scheduler to develop and maintain project schedules with the construction project team.

The role requires coordinating with Paschen, project partners, designers, owner’s representatives, and subcontractors to deliver detailed CPM schedules and resource-loaded plans. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in construction scheduling with a GC on large, multi-phased projects, proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and a Bachelor’s degree in

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction scheduling experience with a General Contractor on large, multi-phased projects.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related technical field.
• Working knowledge of standard cost control methods used in construction projects.
• Strong communication skills in team settings and presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules for proposed projects and detailed CPM schedules for awarded projects.
• Collaborate with Paschen, project partners, designers, owner’s reps, managers and subcontractors for detailed planning.
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules with milestones and critical tasks.
• Create schedule logic and realistic activity durations.
• Assess impacts of contract changes and schedule shortfalls.
• Provide guidance on resolving schedule problems and attend schedule meetings.
• Prepare schedule updates as required by contract documents.
