Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain CPM-based schedules for multiple commercial construction projects. You will monitor baselines, explain variances, and prepare trend reports to keep teams aligned with timelines.

Collaboration with project managers, superintendents, and estimators is essential to ensure schedules reflect reality and drive on-time delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s in construction management or equivalent, 5+ years of scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field.
• Five+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for assigned projects using CPM techniques.
• Organize and prioritize incoming bid proposals to meet deadlines.
• Review project schedule data: activity records, dates, costs, and WBS.
• Evaluate work packages and recommend efficient methods or processes.
• Interface with customers to communicate status and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with preconstruction team to convey schedule information.
• Analyze project requirements and ensure resources are available.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain status updates.
• Coordinate projects to keep plans current on a daily basis.
