Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler for federal facility assessment and hurricane recovery work in Kauai, Hawaii. You will create integrated schedules showing dependencies, constraints, procurement needs, and the critical path to guide leadership priorities and responses to field changes.

This onsite role may include per diem expenses; a valid driver's license and US citizenship are required. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure robust scheduling and timely project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field; 8+ years scheduling complex construction schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• US Citizenship is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated baseline and update schedules for assessment, procurement, construction, and restoration activities.
• Build critical path schedules, logic ties, milestones, resource assumptions, and recovery scenarios.
• Review subcontractor schedules and progress submissions for completeness and consistency.
• Analyze delays, schedule risks, float, and changes; recommend mitigation and resequencing actions.
• Prepare schedule narratives, look ahead plans, dashboards, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with construction managers, estimators, logistics, and field teams to validate activity durations and constraints.
