Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to organize federal facility assessment and hurricane recovery work in Kauai, Hawaii. You will develop integrated schedules showing dependencies, constraints, and procurement needs, guiding leaders on priorities and options.

This onsite role requires in-person collaboration with field teams, with per diem allowances where appropriate. The ideal candidate has strong schedule analysis skills and federal project experience to drive critical path

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field plus 8+ years of scheduling experience.
• US Citizenship is required due to federal project work.
• A valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated baseline and update schedules for assessment, procurement, construction, and restoration activities.
• Build critical path schedules, logic ties, milestones, resource assumptions, and recovery scenarios.
• Review subcontractor schedules and progress submissions for completeness and consistency.
• Analyze delays, schedule risks, float, and changes; recommend mitigation and resequencing actions.
• Prepare schedule narratives, look ahead plans, dashboards, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with construction managers, estimators, logistics, and field teams to validate activity durations and constraints.
