Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to organize the moving parts of federal facility assessment and hurricane recovery work in Kauai, Hawaii. The role requires onsite presence and will involve creating integrated schedules, dependencies, procurement needs, and critical paths to guide priorities and responses to field conditions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field, 8+ years of experience scheduling complex projects, and proficiency with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated baseline and update schedules for assessment, procurement, construction, and restoration activities.
• Build critical path schedules, logic ties, milestones, resource assumptions, and recovery scenarios.
• Review subcontractor schedules and progress submissions for completeness and consistency.
• Analyze delays, schedule risks, float, and changes; recommend mitigation and resequencing actions.
• Prepare schedule narratives, look ahead plans, dashboards, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with construction managers, estimators, logistics, and field teams to validate activity durations and constraints.
