Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Construction Scheduler to coordinate federal facility assessment and hurricane recovery work in Kauai, Hawaii. You will collect progress updates, maintain schedules and look-ahead plans, and analyze delays affecting upcoming work.

On-site presence in Kauai with per diem eligibility during appropriate periods. Responsibilities include developing schedules, tracking critical path, and coordinating with cost and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field and 4+ years of construction scheduling for facilities or infrastructure projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check in accordance with company policy.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update construction schedules, milestones, and short term look ahead plans.
• Collect progress information from construction managers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Track activity logic, critical path, procurement dates, access constraints, and schedule changes.
• Prepare schedule reports, progress charts, and variance explanations for project review.
• Support evaluation of delays, work sequencing alternatives, and recovery options.
• Coordinate schedule data with cost, logistics, engineering, and construction teams.
