Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to organize the moving parts of federal facility assessment and hurricane recovery work in Kauai, Hawaii. You will create an integrated schedule that shows dependencies, access constraints, procurement needs, and the critical path.

Your analysis will help leaders set realistic priorities and respond to field conditions. This onsite role requires a presence in Kauai, with per diem related expenses when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience developing and managing complex construction schedules.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass MVR check.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated baseline and update schedules for assessment, procurement, construction, and restoration activities.
• Build critical path schedules, logic ties, milestones, resource assumptions, and recovery scenarios.
• Review subcontractor schedules and progress submissions for completeness and consistency.
• Analyze delays, schedule risks, float, and changes; recommend mitigation and resequencing actions.
• Prepare schedule narratives, look ahead plans, dashboards, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with construction managers, estimators, logistics, and field teams to validate activity durations and constraints.
