Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Construction Scheduler to coordinate federal facility assessment and hurricane recovery work in Kauai, Hawaii. You will develop and update construction schedules, collect progress updates from field teams, and work with managers and subcontractors to align timelines.

This onsite role requires strong analytical skills, experience with schedule logic and critical path, and the ability to explain delays and propose recovery options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field with 4+ years of scheduling experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update construction schedules, milestones, and short term look ahead plans.
• Collect progress information from construction managers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Track activity logic, critical path, procurement dates, access constraints, and schedule changes.
• Prepare schedule reports, progress charts, and variance explanations for project review.
• Support evaluation of delays, work sequencing alternatives, and recovery options.
