Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to organize the moving parts of federal facility assessment and hurricane recovery work in Kauai, Hawaii. This role requires onsite presence and involves creating integrated schedules showing dependencies, constraints, procurement needs, and the critical path to guide priorities on complex projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field; 8+ years of scheduling experience.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check.
US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain baseline and update schedules for assessment, procurement, construction, and restoration activities.
Build critical path schedules, logic ties, milestones, resource assumptions, and recovery scenarios.
Review subcontractor schedules and progress submissions for completeness and consistency.
Analyze delays, schedule risks, float, and changes; recommend mitigation and resequencing actions.
Prepare schedule narratives, look ahead plans, dashboards, and progress reports.
Coordinate with construction managers, estimators, logistics, and field teams to validate activity durations and constraints.
