Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Senior Construction Project Scheduler to support multiple commercial projects. You will analyze drawings and specifications, develop Baseline schedules, and monitor progress while coordinating with Operations teams, executives, and subcontractors.

The role involves travel to project sites and delivering training. Ideal candidates have 4-6+ years of scheduling experience, strong relationship building, and proficiency in Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 4-6+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling best practices.
• Prepare usable Baseline schedules from drawings and specs.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance as needed.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors and partners to represent Clark.
