Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Construction Scheduler to coordinate federal facility assessment and hurricane recovery work in Kauai, Hawaii. You will manage schedules, collect updates, and communicate changes across project teams while assisting with option analyses and recovery plans.

The role requires onsite presence in Kauai, Hawaii with per diem-related expense eligibility and a valid driver's license. US citizenship is required for this assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field with 4+ years of scheduling experience.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update construction schedules, milestones, and short-term look-ahead plans.
• Collect progress information from field teams and subcontractors.
• Track activity logic, critical path, procurement dates, and schedule changes.
• Prepare schedule reports, progress charts, and variance explanations for review.
• Support evaluation of delays, work sequencing alternatives, and recovery options.
• Coordinate schedule data with cost, logistics, engineering, and construction teams.
