Job summary

Gray Construction in Lexington is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager with a minimum of 10 years' experience and a bachelor's degree to lead scheduling for turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects.

You will generate schedules from PFDs, P&IDs and construction documents, communicate across teams, and ensure schedules are updated and issued. Travel to jobsites may be required; you must be in the Lexington office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in scheduling for manufacturing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required; turnkey food and beverage knowledge preferred.
• Ability to generate schedules using PFDs, process diagrams and construction docs.
• Must be technically capable and communicate across project workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation, and interpretation during design, construction, commissioning and startup.
• Ensure schedules are produced, maintained, updated and issued regularly.
• Monitor trends and alert management to positive/negative effects.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
