Job summary

Project Talent Partners is seeking a Scheduler / Senior Scheduler to join a leading general contractor. You will develop, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules for large-scale commercial, federal, healthcare, and data center projects, from preconstruction through completion.

The role requires strong CPM expertise, Primavera P6, and collaboration with executives, PMs, and field teams to drive schedule recovery and project controls best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling/planning experience for a general contractor.
• Experience on federal projects.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and project controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
• Lead baseline schedule development and updates.
• Identify critical path activities, sequencing, constraints, and potential delays.
• Provide schedule reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Project Executives, PMs, Superintendents, owners, and subcontractors.
• Support preconstruction pursuits and active project delivery.

We are recruiting for a Scheduler / Senior Scheduler to join a top General Contractor.

This is an opportunity to join one of the leading contractors in the U.S., supporting the planning and delivery of large-scale commercial, federal, healthcare and mission-critical/data center projects.

The Role

As Scheduler / Senior Scheduler, you'll work closely with project executives, operations teams, and field leadership to develop, maintain, and analyze complex project schedules from preconstruction through completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules using Primavera P6
• Lead baseline schedule development and regular schedule updates
• Identify critical path activities, sequencing, constraints, and potential delays
• Perform schedule analysis, forecasting, and progress reporting
• Develop recovery schedules and mitigation strategies when required
• Integrate subcontractor schedules into the overall project schedule
• Partner closely with Project Executives, PMs, Superintendents, owners, and subcontractors
• Provide schedule reporting and analysis to senior leadership
• Support preconstruction pursuits and active project delivery
• Help drive scheduling and project controls best practices across complex projects

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of construction scheduling/planning experience for a general contractor
• Experience on federal projects
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, construction sequencing, and project controls
• Experience managing schedules on complex, high-value construction projects
• Strong communication skills with both field and executive-level stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
