Job summary

MGAC in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Data Center Construction- Mid to Senior Project Manager (Scheduler) to lead critical environments projects. Expect 4-5 days onsite weekly, driving schedule, scope and budget with senior leadership.

The role emphasizes ownership of high-visibility data center schedules, collaboration with owners and design teams, and delivering on-time project performance in a boutique consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of P6 scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience scheduling critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• Ground-up, vertical construction scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and recovery planning.
• Collaborate with clients and A/E professionals to keep projects on track.
