Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Mid to Senior Project Manager (Scheduler) for data center construction in Buffalo, WV. This role requires 4-5 days per week onsite and involves owning scheduling, scope, and budgets on high-visibility projects.

You will lead Critical Environments teams, coordinate with clients, A&E professionals, and contractors, and mentor junior staff while advancing complex, ground-up data center endeavors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline
• A minimum of 2+ years of P6 scheduling experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in scheduling of critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
