MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction- Mid to Senior Project Manager (Scheduler) to join our Critical Environments team in Columbus, OH. You will independently manage full project scope, mentor teams, and oversee schedule, scope, and budget on data center and critical environment projects.

We value hands-on scheduling expertise, ground-up and vertical construction experience, and strong communication. This role requires 4-5 days onsite in Columbus with a culture that emphasizes growth,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of P6 scheduling experience.
• 2+ years of scheduling for data centers, labs, hospitals, or similar critical environments.
• Experience with ground-up vertical construction scheduling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams, overseeing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and schedule recovery.
• Ensure alignment with client vision and project objectives.
