General Contractor is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead and mentor the scheduling effort for AI data center projects on-site in Atlanta, GA or Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on building and maintaining complex project schedules, conducting reviews, and coordinating with teams for timely delivery.

The position requires strong experience with Primavera P6, MS Office, and scheduling best practices, with a path toward longer-term opportunities in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of scheduling experience in ground-up construction, preferably for a general contractor.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Office, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds, and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Conducts schedule reviews and communicates feedback clearly to stakeholders.
• Leads planning, scheduling, and recovery efforts across projects.
• Develops standard schedule templates and maintains schedule libraries.
• Mentors and coaches junior staff and operations teams.
• Coordinates with trade partners on schedule issues and recovery plans.
