Job summary

Yang Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to coordinate and review project schedules across large construction programs in Southern California. You will apply Primavera scheduling, analyze time impact, and support change orders and claims with detailed cost loading.

The role requires 10+ years in scheduling, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills to report findings to management and stakeholders at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of scheduling experience on large construction programs.
• Proficient in Primavera and MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling theories/practices.
• Experience with time impact analysis and claims/change orders.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of project schedules based on defined execution philosophies.
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for conformance and QA.
• Evaluate contract change orders for budget/schedule impact.
• Perform time impact analysis of schedule delays and potential claims.
• Participate in change order negotiations.
• Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• Identify schedule problems and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits for progress reporting and review contractor progress.
