Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of full-time scheduling experience on educational or public works projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 v19 and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Alternative: BA + 2 years scheduling experience in lieu of degree.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with project teams and staff.
• Understanding of cost engineering, scheduling, and schedule forensics.

Aufgaben

• Interpret drawings and develop project scope understanding from disciplines.
• Review P6 baseline schedules, identify gaps, analyze logic and milestones.
• Assess monthly P6 updates, document slippage and schedule analysis.
• QA/QC contractor schedule submittals for contract conformance.
• Create Earned Value curves per LAUSD templates.
• Monitor progress, address impacts, and identify schedule improvements.
• Prepare KPI analyses from P6 and Earned Value data and generate variance reports.
• Develop or review preliminary schedules based on plans/specs.
• Perform Time Impact Analysis with contemporaneous parameters.
• Read drawings to determine scope change and potential extensions.
• Communicate schedule findings in meetings and update master plans regularly.
• Generate reports, visit sites, and support senior management
