Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Scheduler IV to develop, review, and maintain schedules for large-scale construction programs in Los Angeles. You will perform CPM and EVM analyses, evaluate changes, and support informed project decisions.

You will collaborate with contractors and project teams, identify risks, and prepare narratives of findings. A strong background in Primavera P6 and MS Office is required, with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project or program scheduling for large-scale construction programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software (Primavera P6).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including: Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of cost engineering and project scheduling.
• Experience with Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and change orders.
• Experience with contractor schedule reviews, recovery schedules, and schedule updates.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and development of project schedules based on defined project philosophies.
• Review contractor schedules for contract compliance and schedule integrity.
• Evaluate contractor updates and progress to ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare narratives of schedule findings and present recommendations to management.
• Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) for delays and potential claims.
• Participate in change order and schedule-related negotiations.
• Conduct CPM and Earned Value Management analyses.
• Identify schedule-related problems and recommend corrective actions.
