McGough Construction in Texas seeks a Safety Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across multiple construction projects. You will enforce policy, identify hazards and drive corrective actions with project teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating with executives, managers and foremen, conducting safety meetings, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and local regulations. Travel across regional projects is required.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of building construction safety experience or equivalent education and experience.
• OSHA 500 training.
• First Aid/CPR/BBP and AED training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety on multiple construction projects per project staffing plan.
• Enforce safety program and policies; initiate corrective actions.
• Hold pre-construction planning meetings with site staff and subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents and conduct safety topic trainings.
• Perform site safety walkthroughs, audits and trainings.
