Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the field safety program across our construction projects. You will monitor sites, compile accident data, and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.

In this role you will mentor site teams, administer drug and alcohol testing, conduct safety audits, and drive training initiatives to reduce risks. A Bachelor's in safety or related field and 8+ years of construction safety experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety/health, construction management or related field.
• 8+ years construction safety experience.
• 0-2 years team lead or team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the field safety program for construction projects.
• Communicates safety philosophies and values of the Company with safety team members, foremen, superintendents, and project managers to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Administers and monitors Company drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company, federal and state requirements.
• Implements accident and incident reporting protocols to ensure timely submission of information.
• Leads, supports and promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn.
