Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to develop, implement, and maintain safety programs across active construction sites. You will ensure OSHA compliance, uphold company standards, and align with client requirements to foster a proactive safety culture.

You will conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, deliver training, and partner with project teams to minimize risk and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-time construction safety experience with OSHA 500 certification, OR 5+ years with a safety-related degree, OR CSP with 2+ years of construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain safety programs for active construction sites.
• Conduct site inspections and incident investigations.
• Deliver safety training and coaching to staff and subcontractors.
• Partner with project teams to minimize risk and maintain a safe work environment.
