Job summary

Global Earthwork + Underground is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee health and safety on heavy civil construction projects, ensuring OSHA and local regulations are met and promoting a proactive safety culture among employees and subcontractors.

You will lead site inspections, incident investigations, and safety training; coordinate with project managers to embed safety into planning; maintain records and certify compliance across sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• OSHA knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lb).
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety programs to comply with OSHA standards and regulations.
