Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA 500/510 Certification (active).
• 5+ years of safety management experience in construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide safety training on hazard recognition, fall protection, and emergency procedures.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
• Document safety records and generate performance reports.
