Job summary

United Contractor Services, a leading specialty subcontractor, seeks a Construction Site Safety Manager to lead safety programs on job sites and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations. The role emphasizes training for office and field staff to prevent accidents and injuries.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30 & 500 certifications, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Construction Safety experience.
• OSHA 30 and 500 Certifications.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate quality and productive leadership skills.
• Implementation of safety programs daily.
• Lead employee & Subcontractor onsite training and organize workshops.
• This position may require being on your feet approximately 80% of the time.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
