Clark Construction Group seeks a Senior Safety Manager to protect employees, trade partners, and the public on our world-class projects. You will enforce Clark's Safety and Health Policy and compliance with local and federal standards, lead safety education with project supervisors, and develop safe work plans for all phases and tasks.

The role requires establishing a culture of care, driving safety programs, mentoring staff, and coordinating with field supervision to integrate hazard mitigation

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in safety and health or equivalent construction safety and trade experience.
• Proven ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Experience managing large scale, high-profile construction safety programs.
• Training in crane operations, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds, and heavy equipment safety.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the Clark safety culture on a project.
• Oversee safety of employees, trade partners, and general public.
• Enforce safety programs and federal, state, and local standards.
• Mentor staff and manage client expectations effectively.
• Identify exposures and recommend corrective action.
• Develop and implement project-specific safety programs.
• Coordinate safety education for jobsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Lead OSHA reviews and safety audits.
