Job summary

Clark Holdings Inc. seeks a Senior Safety Manager to safeguard workers, partners, and the public on our world-class projects. You will lead a culture of care, enforce Clark's Safety & Health Policy, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety standards on active jobsites.

You will mentor a safety staff, partner with field supervision to implement safe work plans, and drive proactive risk mitigation, training, and safety education across multiple phases of construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety & Health or related discipline.
• 10 years of relevant construction safety experience.
• Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage large scale, high profile projects.
• Training in crane, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds, and heavy equipment safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Clark safety culture on a project.
• Oversee safety of employees, trade partners, and the general public.
• Enforce safety programs and local/state/federal standards.
• Mentor staff and manage client expectations effectively.
• Identify exposures and recommend corrective action.
• Develop and implement project-specific safety programs.
• Coordinate safety education for jobsite personnel, including subs.
• Lead safety reviews with OSHA involvement.
• Recruit and retain top safety talent.
