Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to uphold safety across all project phases. You will lead safety culture and ensure compliance with health policies and regulatory standards on active construction sites.

You will develop safety education, mentor staff, and partner with field supervision to integrate hazard mitigation into planning. Flexibility for extended hours and responsive communication are expected.

Formación

• 10 years of construction safety experience with a degree in safety and health (or related) or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers and external partners.
• Ability to manage large scale and high profile projects.
• Proof of training in crane, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds, and heavy equipment safety.
• Exposure to preconstruction efforts.
• Ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders from craft workers to senior leaders.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Agile, energetic, data-driven approach to achieve goals while balancing short- and long-term objectives.
• Aligns with Clark Standards of Excellence: motivated, results-driven, ethical, team-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the Clark safety culture on a project.
• Oversee safety of employees, trade partners, and the public.
• Enforce safety programs and local/federal standards.
• Manage and mentor staff and client expectations.
• Identify exposures and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement project-wide safety programs.
• Incorporate hazard mitigation in construction planning.
• Create jobsite safety education for subcontractors.
• Lead safety vision and team alignment to a safe workplace.
• Coordinate third-party safety reviews (OSHA).
• Manage workers’ compensation and claims.
• Proactively mitigate safety challenges.
• Develop relationships to win right work.
• Recruit top safety talent and retain strong performers.
• Exceed stakeholder expectations.
