Job summary

Beck Group is seeking a Senior Safety Coordinator to lead safety programs across construction projects, collaborating with project staff and subcontractors to develop and implement effective safety protocols.

You will conduct investigations, lead training sessions, and maintain comprehensive safety documentation while staying current with industry regulations and best practices. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction safety experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations including OSHA 29 CFR 1926.
• OSHA 500 certification or related certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee safety programs across multiple projects.
• Attend meetings with project staff and subcontractors to define roles in safety.
• Conduct and document safety meetings and site inspections.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes.
• Generate reports with corrective action recommendations.
• Deliver safety training sessions and orientation programs.
