Job summary

HCBeck, LTD. is seeking a Field Coordinator to join our construction team in Texas. The role focuses on coordinating concrete scopes, managing subcontractors, reviewing project documents, and supporting safety and quality programs on-site.

You will develop look-ahead schedules, participate in weekly coordination meetings, and help implement Lean construction practices while upholding Beck Core Values.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction project experience.
• College graduate with relevant degree OR supervisory field experience with daily reports.
• Hands-on concrete scopes experience and understanding of project documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise field activities for concrete scopes.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plans and weekly coordination meetings.
• Review subcontractor contracts, scopes, and project specifications.
• Support safety programs, lean construction practices, and value delivery on site.
