Job summary

The Beck Group seeks a qualified Superintendent to lead field coordination on complex construction projects in Texas. You will manage field staff, ensure safety, interpret drawings, schedule work, and collaborate with project managers to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

This role requires 5–8 years of field coordination or equivalent commercial experience; a college degree; and familiarity with Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction project experience.
• College graduate with relevant degree.
• Experience using Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit or comparable construction technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project logistics plans, QA programs, Zero Accident plans, and excavation methods of procedure plans.
• Review project financial information with the Project Manager.
• Understand and manage all aspects of the building process.
• Collaborate in the preparation and updating of the Work Progress Schedule.
• Prepare detailed look-ahead schedules with subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct subcontractor weekly work planning and logistics meetings.
• Understand and execute project permitting procedures.
• Support subcontractor scope development and bid packages.
