Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Senior Safety Coordinator to lead comprehensive safety programs across multiple construction projects in Austin. You will develop and implement safety protocols, conduct incident investigations, and deliver impactful safety training to workers and subcontractors on site.

With a minimum of five years in construction safety and strong regulatory knowledge (OSHA 29 CFR 1926; OSHA 500), you will mentor teams, oversee safety meetings, and ensure Beck’s Zero Accident Plan

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA standards for construction.
• College degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee safety programs across multiple projects, aligning with Beck’s standards.
• Conduct safety meetings, incident investigations, and weekly jobsite inspections.
• Deliver safety training and orientations to employees and trade partners.
• Maintain and organize safety documentation including reports, inspections, and training records.
• Identify opportunities for safety improvements and preventive measures.
