Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree or relevant safety experience.
• Board of Certified Safety Professional STS(C) and/or CHST or equivalent.
• 12 years of industry experience.
• First aid & CPR certified instructor.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety, health, and environmental policies on construction projects.
• Mentor Safety Manager 1 and develop safety staff.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses; coordinate with insurers and OSHA.
• Ensure compliance with 29 CFR OSHA standards and project safety requirements.
