Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience, preferably in large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Construction Standards.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.
• Experience developing Job Hazard Analyses and Site-Specific Safety Plans.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company-wide safety policies and develop job-specific safety plans.
• Conduct regular job site visits to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Lead safety trainings and meetings at various levels.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with teams on pre-task documentation.
