Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety management role.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Working knowledge of Safety Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections at facilities.
• Coordinate training including new employee orientation and annual retraining.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain documentation (OSHA 300/301, etc.).
• Develop and execute strategic safety initiatives with branch managers.
• Prepare safety plans with customer, foreman, and project managers.
